Truly a mixed media piece, it incorporates pencil crayons, and pen, on 2 tone ivory fillagree patterned paper. The paint marker designs on both sides of the glass create a physical drop shadow of the white layer, between the top of glass and the paper behind it. I am really excited about this piece, and will probably continue to develop this process.

a group of 3 portraits.
Apr20I've been wanting to develop my portraiture skills, and so, created this series of three portraits on 10" sqaure canvas board.
included in the gallery are the oringinal photos, the production sketch, and the final painting.
The main outline colour is a mettalic teal, which was nealy impossible to photograph well. These photo's certainly dont do the works justice.
